Hong Kong & Macau, China

This is the LAST STOP of my 6-month journey!!! ![]()
I was pleasantly surprised by Hong Kong, which I thought would just be another enormous, overcrowded Asian city, but turned out to be relatively breathable with some stunning landscape & beaches just on the outskirts. Macau was only a ferry ride away too, so I thought I might as well throw another country into the mix since I always welcome another stamp in my passport. The old part Portuguese quarters of the city were beautiful. I also met some really fun Germans who I palled around for my final traveling days, so I was especially grateful to have company on my last night as a nomad. So weird that it's all over...sigh.
Hope I've kept you entertained along the way. Stay tuned for more this summer when my Peace Corps epic begins.
Love you all and can't wait to see most of you soon!
